Since 2023, Yeun Deng has introduced and implemented the Balanced Scorecard starting from clarifying its mission, values and vision. The vision has been broken down into short, medium and long-term goals. Each year, strategic themes, objectives, action plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) are established to measure progress and ensure resources are focused. This structured approach enables Yeun Deng to progressively achieve its vision in a systematic and effective manner.
